Microsoft sure did a number on them selfs when they introduced Windows Vista. Windows XP had it's flaws but Windows Vista is a mess. In XP you could find all the icons for a user under C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Here\, like the Desktop, Start Menu, or even Explorer Favorites. But in Vista, it's not that well organized. It seems they went backwards instead of forwards with Vista.
